Kya let me take back total control and I was oddly calm when I slid into the drivers seat of Nigel’s Challenger. I could see the odd blueish flames reflecting in the rear-view mirror as I drove off. I was headed back to Seattle. It probably wasn’t the smartest place for me to be right now, but I was pissed off that I had been fooled. I was going to find some answers and then I was going to come to some sort of understanding with these people. And then I’ll probably kill them.
I drove fast, but not nearly as fast as Nigel had. I checked the gas gauge before I left Haribro and decided I had enough in the tank to make it to Seattle. Then I was going to ditch this car.
