LEXI POV
We started down the road, me bouncing around like a popcorn kernel in a hot skillet. I sighed. A nap was out of the question.
Luke glanced over at me and asked, “What’s the plan?”
I shrugged. “Get set up in a hotel first, then hit a few nightclubs and show Lizette’s picture around. See if anyone recognizes her.” I had gotten a few of her from our security camera and Louis enhanced them.
“I’m also interested in checking out Voltari staff. Someone has enough tech skills to make it look like I was texting my dad. Not enough to hide from Louis, though.”
“No one can hide from Louis,” Luke said with a grin. “I’m lucky to have him.”
