✨ Maya stood outside Julian's office door, fidgeting with her blouse making her cleavage more visible. She adjusted the fabric, hoping to accentuate her curves, and pressed the doorbell. As she waited, she reached out to press the bell again, but the door swung open before she could. She let herself in, her eyes widening as she took in the spacious and elegantly furnished office. The room was a testament to Julian's success, with sleek lines, polished wood, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the city. Maya's gaze wandered, drinking in the details, until her eyes landed on Julian. His head was still bent over his laptop, his focus intense. "OMG! .." She found herself mesmerized by his chiseled features, his strong jawline, and his piercing blue eyes. "Is he a Greek god or something, why is his hair so perfectly messy. Lord have Mercy."She couldn't help but think he was even more attractive than she had imagined. As she stood there, lost in her thoughts, Julian raised his head from his computer. Their eyes met, and with just one glance, he understood the look on her face. Lust. It was a look he had seen before, and one he had grown disgusted and tired of. Julian had asked Maya to come to his office for another interview for a reason. He wanted to see if she would exhibit the same behavior as his previous assistants, who had been let go of for their inappropriate advances. He needed to know if Maya was professional enough to work with him without compromising their working relationship. With a subtle nod, Julian acknowledged Maya's presence, his expression neutral. "have a seat." He gestured to the chair in front of his desk, his eyes never leaving hers. Maya's cheeks flushed as she realized she had been caught staring. She quickly composed herself and took a seat, trying to play it cool. Julian: (not looking up from his laptop) Why do you think you're the best person for this job, Maya? Maya: I have the necessary skills and experience, and I'm confident in my ability to assist you effectively. Julian: (typing away) What makes you think you can handle the pressure of working for a high-demand company like ours? Maya: I prioritize tasks, manage my time effectively, and maintain open communication with my team to ensure we're all on the same page. Julian: (still typing) And what about failure? You are aware this company has a zero-tolerance policy for failure and irresponsibility Can you handle the responsibility of always delivering results? Maya: Yes, I understand. I'm a hard worker and I take full responsibility for my actions. Julian: ( eyes still on his screen) How do you handle conflicting priorities and multiple tasks with competing deadlines? Maya: I use a task management system to prioritize and organize my work, and I communicate regularly to ensure everyone is aware of my progress and any challenges I'm facing. Julian: What do you know about our company's current projects and initiatives, and how do you think you can contribute to them? Maya: (pauses, looking uncertain) Uh... I... I know you're a successful company in the industry, but I'm not familiar with the specifics of your current projects... Julian: (finally looks up, his eyes cold and piercing) That's not what I want to hear, Maya. I want someone who's done their research and is prepared to hit the ground running. Julian: ( his head back on his laptop ) what will you do differently to make sure you get this job when many others want it just as badly. Maya: (to herself) right this is the question I’ve been waiting for The silence that follwed the question forced Julian to raise his head his eyes on Maya only to see her bite her lips in a seductive manner looking at him straight in the eyes. Slowly she stood up adjusting her blouse more making her cleave even more visible. She took slow steps towards Julian and bent over his table shoving her breast in his face "I’ll do whatever it takes sir," she said in a sultry tone biting her lips even harder. Julian: (eyes narrowing) Julian's face was expressionless as he looked at her his voice belied his disgust as he asked, "What are you doing, ?" Maya quickly stood up, trying to cover up and fix her blouse, her face flushing with embarrassment. She stuttered, attempting to answer the question, but Julian's piercing gaze never wavered. "I… uhm…, I’ll" Maya tried to compose herself, but Julian's anger was palpable. Julian's gaze never wavered as Maya stumbled through her response, his eyes blazing with intensity. He cut her off mid-sentence, his voice icy cold. "Get out of my office. Now." Maya's eyes widened as she pleaded, "Please, sir , I misunderstood the question. I'm very professional, I swear—" Julian's hand slammed down on the desk, making Maya jump. Papers flew off the surface, fluttering to the floor. "Out. Now." he growled, his face still expressionless, but his eyes flashing with anger. Maya quickly stood up, her eyes brimming with tears. She hastily gathered her belongings and almost ran out of the office, the door closing behind her with a soft click. Julian's gaze followed her until she disappeared from view, his expression unyielding. He turned back to his laptop, his fingers flying across the keyboard as he typed with a intensity that mirrored his anger. The tension in the room lingered, a palpable reminder of the intensity of the encounter. As Maya rushed to the elevator, she collided with Emily, who was heading in the opposite direction. Emily's eyes widened with concern as she took in Maya's tear-stained face. "Hey, what's wrong?" Emily asked, her voice soft and gentle. But Maya just shook her head, her eyes brimming with tears. She hurriedly muttered a quick apology and hastened into the elevator, leaving Emily standing there, wondering what had just happened. Emily's thoughts turned to Julian's office, and she contemplated going in to see if everything was okay. But just as she was about to take a step forward, her phone rang. She picked up, and Julian's voice was on the other end, his tone cold and commanding. " I need you to contact Ethan from the previous candidate list. schedule an interview with him as soon as possible." Emily's eyes widened slightly at the abrupt request, but she quickly composed herself. "Of course, Julian. I'll take care of it right away."
