Julian Blackwood, the CEO of Blackwood Enterprises, is a man who exuded power and authority. His piercing blue eyes seemed to see right through you, and his chiseled features made him look like a demigod from ancient mythology. His dark hair was always perfectly styled, and his tall, muscular frame commanded attention. He stood at 6'2" with a physique that hinted at a rigorous workout routine. His fashion sense was impeccable, always dressed in tailored suits that accentuated his broad shoulders and lean waist. Despite his calm and collected demeanor, Julian was a force to be reckoned with in the business world. He was strict and uncompromising, with a keen eye for detail and a reputation for being merciless in his dealings. He believed in keeping business and pleasure separate, and his personal life was a closely guarded secret. The only people who could make Julian compromise were his mother, Elizabeth, and his younger sister, Sophia. His mother's warm smile and gentle nature could soften even the hardest of hearts, and Sophia's playful teasing could bring a rare smile to his face. Julian's father, the founder of Blackwood Enterprises, was a distant figure, always busy with his own pursuits, leaving Julian to navigate the family business on his own. Julian's eyes seemed to bore into those he met, as if sizing them up for potential weaknesses. His sharp jawline and angular features made him look like a man chiseled from granite, unyielding and unrelenting. Yet, those who knew him well detected a glimmer of warmth beneath his icy exterior, a spark that hinted at a deeper humanity. ✨ Julian's eyes snapped open, a full 15 minutes before his alarm was set to ring. He lay in bed for a moment, his mind already racing with the day's tasks and challenges. His strong work ethic and discipline had conditioned him to rise early, ready to tackle whatever lay ahead. He threw off the covers and swung his legs over the side of the bed, his feet sinking into the plush carpet. After a quick workout and a refreshing shower, he dressed in a tailored suit, his movements swift and efficient. As he tied his tie, his personal chef and former nanny, Maria, knocked on the door. "Good morning, Julian! Breakfast is ready!" "Ah, Maria, you're a lifesaver," Julian replied, smiling warmly. "I don't know what I'd do without you." Maria chuckled, her eyes twinkling. "You'd probably starve, Mr. Blackwood!" As Julian sat down to enjoy his omelette and coffee, his phone rang. He answered, and his secretary's voice came through. "Julian, it's Emily. We've got a situation with the Smith contract. They’re asking for an urgent meeting with you today concerning the partnership. I think something might have come up". Julian's expression turned stern. "Get the team on it, Emily. I want a revised proposal ready for me to review within the hour." Emily hesitated. "Julian, I need to remind you, I'm your secretary, not your PA. I can't keep up with the workload of both jobs." Julian's smirk was audible over the phone. "Ah, come on, Emily. You're doing a great job. And if you can't handle it, maybe you should go back to working for your father. I'm sure he'd love to have you back under his wing." Emily's voice took on a nervous tone. "I-I apologize, Julian. I didn't mean to complain. I'll get the proposal ready." Julian chuckled to himself as he hung up the phone. He knew Emily was competent, but he also knew she walked on eggshells around him. He didn't show emotion, and his words often came out harsher than intended. Grabbing his suitcase, Julian headed out the door, ready to tackle the day's challenges. Maria called out after him, "Have a good day, Mr. Blackwood!" Julian nodded, his expression already focused on the tasks ahead.
