“I’ve got the fliers for next semester all done,” Vin said. He looked up from his position, lying on the floor, as Beau walked in. “What do you think?”
“I think I’m really, really glad that it’s summer vacation.” He peered at the clock first. “Two-seventeen? Why’d you let me sleep that late?” He picked up the printout and attempted to get it to focus.
“Because I kept you up late last night with wild monkey s*x?” Vin shrugged. “Besides, I’m not your mom. You want to get up early, set your own damned alarm.”
“I need to get a job,” Beau muttered. “This lounging about isn’t good for me.”
“You have a job. It’s called being Vin’s s*x slave for the rest of your natural life.”
“That’s kinda hot, but it has a sucky retirement package,” Beau said. He finger-combed his hair out of his face.
