CHAPTER 2:

I believe it's going to help us for the time being... we all need to separate dad dropped the bombshell

WHAT!!, I shouted

stella came towards me and said; it's for the best Anna

dad's going to jail, whose gonna protect us, they would probably want to hurt us after dad goes to jail...she said crying

" your mom and the rest are going to Paris to start a new life there, I have already created a fake identify for all of you", dad said.

"i'm I not going with them". I asked anxiously

" darling, you know better than anyone that you are known to everyone as the heiress of the smith family

if there were to be dangers, you would be the one to get hurt, mom said sadly.

"what your mom is trying to say is that you will be going to Africa, as a disguise citizen, they will never be able to find you there, dad said.

"i know we are talking about my safety here but dad..why do I have to go alone?,why can't I just be with my sisters plus I don't want to go to Africa, this is so unfair to us, to me especially",I cried out.

"you are not staying there alone, I have my most trusted guard there, he will protect you, you have to trust me Anna..

it won't take long, we all will be united and happy again but for now we have to do this..dad said.

"where are all the guards and ..where is my nanny?,I asked

they are all gone, said maryjane

dad asked them all to leave

"we all will be leaving as of tomorrow

the officers are coming as of next week to arrest your dad, mom sniffed

this isn't easy but we have to fight this okay?

I just sat down feeling tired and afraid

I just still can't believe how things are moving this fast

I wish this was all a dream that when I wake up, it will all be gone..

"we are going to overcome this, I mean..

we would secretly still be in touch with each other', mom said trying to brighten the moods.

"and we shouldn't forget to dye our hairs

I bought it while shopping, Stella said

"come on guys let go".

that night, we all couldn't sleep, we kept looking at dad through out the night, at some point I couldn't help but cry and then...I slept off.

the next morning,

we all got ready, but I was not mentally ready yet,

"dad please, you have to take care of your self, okay?

"of course dear' dad said

we are all going to be said, don't worry mom said.

"I'm going to miss all of you so much

flora said

we all hugged each other crying

enough already,

well, Anna.. you are using the public aeroplane for your flight, also your nanny is coming with you, when you get to Africa, he will be waiting at the airport for you guys, it's time now, dad said

I was both sad and happy, that nanny Marcy will be coming along, atleast I wouldn't feel too sad right?

I and Nancy Marcy both got into the car, our luggage carefully placed at the back

as we began our journey to the airport.

"be a good girl okay?, avoid troubles and we will be calling from Time to time, mom said as she gave me one last hug.

she and dad told nanny Marcy things I couldn't quite get but just as I was putting my ears to it, my troublesome sisters all rushed to me, giving me a warm hug, we all smiled and laugh and cry too, as the driver started the engines and drove off, I looked back to see them all crying..it was a very painful sight to witness,

nanny Marcy consoled me until we were already in the plane, and then I dosed off

when I woke up again, we were already in Africa, Nigeria precisely.

I was told by Marcy that my sisters had called to inform me that they were already in Australia. I was happy they had gotten there safely but they had also informed me that they had taken dad to jail, but before my emotions could burst in, a shadow came in front of me, a tall shadow.

I looked up to see a very tall man standing, looking beautiful..I mean, handsome and pretty at the same time

he was very tan, yeah I almost forgot we were in Africa.

I guess you are madam Anna right?

I'm your dad's trusted assistant, mark.

'yes she is, said Marcy

I couldn't say a word after the flights we took just to get here,

I wanted to say something but I felt my feet go numb, and my eyes blacked out as I fell on the floor or ...a hard body I guessed?..

miss, miss.., Anna!, those were the words I heard before I blacked out.
