Callen has been acting strange the week. I don’t know what is going on. He seemed on edge, and I was beginning to worry. I was scared if he has changed his mind about us, and everything has gone too fast. I hope I was wrong, but I don’t know what else it could be.
The last thing I need right now is for him to change his mind, especially when I need him more than ever. But I was meeting with Beth this morning to try to keep my mind off things. I was possibly overthinking. I had a lot on my mind. Callen has already left for work.
I walked to the coffee place I was meeting Beth. When I got there, she was standing outside kissing Leo. I smiled as I watched them. They were sweet together.
“Little sister s***h best friend approaching,” I announce.
