It was a new day and The sun streamed through the large windows of Erica’s penthouse apartment.

As Erica sipped the coffee, She flipped through a magazine halfheartedly, trying to distract herself; now that Ryan was out of the country, Jack had come to stay with her for a while.
In that instant, the sound of a door opening pulled her attention. It was none other than Jack; he could be seen walking in, his face lit up with excitement.
