I stepped out of the limousine as soon as it rolled into my mansion and parked. My guards walked behind me as I approached the entrance of the mansion.
The council meeting had been tedious, but I didn’t mind as long as I had used that opportunity to bring forth the coup that happened Moonsong pack. Even though progress was a bit slow, I was getting closer to helping Eve get back her pack.
The sight of a woman storming towards me from inside the mansion caught my attention and I slowed down my pace, waiting for her to reach me. Once she got closer, I saw that it was Jade. And she looked quite angry too, but she didn’t seem to care even in the face of me and my guards.
