Lyric and I headed outside to the training grounds, so that she could work on controlling her new power. Keegan wanted to join us, which Lyric did agree to. He had Lyric sit down and cross her legs, telling her to clear her mind and take deep breaths. She had concentrated on her breathing for about fifteen minutes before she felt like her body was completely calm. She once told me that nature usually grounded her and kept her calm. While Lyric was calming her body and mind, Keegan had placed different objects for her on the ground in a circle around her.
"Alright Lyric, are you ready to begin?" Keegan asked her.
