Alex's POV
Sabrina had just finished telling me her story about how she ended up in the dragon empire. I was quite impressed that she did what she did to save the sister she loves. I wonder if her family ever looked for her. I would hate to think that they didn't make any attempts to find her after she went missing.
"Wow, I can't believe you went through all of that just to protect your sister." I told Sabrina as we were getting in bed and getting ready to settle in for the night.
"Yeah, I would do anything for my family. They are all I really have in this world." she said. "I just hope that I'll be able to see them again someday."
"I'm sure you'll see them again. As a matter of fact, I want to help you make that happen. But for tonight, I think we had better sleep before we can't function tomorrow due to lack of energy." I said as she giggled at what I had just said.
"You are right. Goodnight and I'll see you tomorrow." she said before rolling over and turning off the night light that was next to her bed.
I did the same and turned off the light beside my bed and then lay in bed thinking about the sacrifice Sabrina made to give her sister a chance to get away, even though it cost her her freedom. With everything in me, I will make sure that Sabrina is reunited with her family and when I am able to figure out how to escape this place, I will be taking Sabrina with me and anyone else who wants their freedom from this disgusting place. Soon enough, I fell asleep and was lost in my dreams.

I stood in front of a large mirror in a very extravagant red evening gown. I was very confused about what was going on, so I tried to move my body but I was not able to. It seemed as if my body was moving on its own like I was only a passenger in someone else's body. The more I looked at the reflection in the mirror, I noticed that this person wasn't me, but someone who looked very similar to myself. My eyes are a bright green and the ones looking back at me were a deeper green kind of similar to an emerald. I was so distracted looking at the person staring back at me that the banging on the door startled me from my daze and made me start focusing on what was going on around me. I noticed that I was in a very well decorated room with very lavish furniture. I turned to see someone entering the room through the large oak door.
"Lady Andrea, everyone has finally arrived for the engagement and we should be ready in the next ten minutes for you and his majesty to make your grand entrance. His majesty wanted me to inform you that he will be waiting for you in the foyer and from there the two of you will proceed to the balcony for the announcement." said the young maiden who had entered the room.
"Thank you Margaret, I appreciate everything you do for me." I heard myself say, but it wasn't my voice that I was hearing. However, this voice did seem very familiar to me as I recently heard it in another dream when I was apparently visited by my mother. I realized then that I must be experiencing some sort of memory through my mother's eyes, although I didn't know why I was seeing this particular event. My body turned once more to face the mirror for one last check to make sure that everything was perfect before leaving the room for the grand announcement. Soon enough, it was time to leave and I found myself walking down a hall and toward a very good-looking gentleman. As soon as I reached the man, I noticed something very familiar about him as well. Why could I not identify the reasons that everyone looked so familiar to me, almost as if I had met them all in a different time.
"My darling Andrea, are you ready to announce to the world that from this day forward you are mine?" said the man standing in front of me, as he reached for my hand and slowly brought it up to his lips, kissing it gently.
"Your Highness" I said, bowing down to the man. "Let's just get this over with please. I have other events that I need to attend in the witches' realm with my brother."
I was assuming that this man in front of me was a royal of some kind, though I'm not fully sure to what extent.
"Don't be so harsh darling! Your people can wait for you, since you are about to be the queen of the Dragons." he said in a very different tone than the one he used to greet me. Suddenly, we heard three loud bangs and a man who was yelling at the crowd to get their attention for the announcement which was about to be made.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, IT IS MY GREATEST HONOR TO INTRODUCE TO ALL OF YOU THE NEWLY CROWNED KING OF THE DRAGON EMPIRE, DRAYCE VINCENT. ACCOMPANYING HIS MAJESTY THIS EVENING IS THE LOVELY PRINCESS OF THE HIGH WITCH COVEN, ANDREA STONE."
Two large doors opened and the new king of the dragons grabbed my arm a little too harshly and started pulling me toward the balcony. The manner in which he was pulling me was so slight that no one would really be able to notice that he was forcing me to walk. He leaned over, getting really close to my ear and said "Smile darling, we need this to go exactly as we planned it to go, or you know the consequences." A shiver went down my spine after hearing him say that. This guy definitely gives me the creeps.
As soon as we approached the balcony and were in full view of all the guests, a loud roar echoed throughout the entire clearing where the gathering was being held. I looked at where the roar came from and found myself looking at a younger version of the older man from my first dream. This whole thing was starting to make my head hurt and was making me want to know more about what all was happening.
