Zadkiel was brought to the zone by his scouts for him to heal his wounds. For Zadkiel to rest the scouts take charge of the current situation, they will be the ones holding the dragon. As soon as the scouts all received one they immediately went back to the location Zadkiel looks upon his Elite Assassin thinking "If only I was strong enough that wouldn't have happened to you.
