Chapter 2: Maternity Shopping

Rayleigh's POVToday i am 16 weeks pregnant and going maternity shopping as my clothes are starting to no longer fit me jorden has been here through the last 6 weeks and been very helpful we get to find out the genders next week and we are going to do a gender reveal "mom you ready?" i asked my mom and she nodded"yes i am lets go sweetie" mom smiled and we got into the car heading to a*****e called 'Motherhood Maternity'after we arrived we got a parking spot and went inside and started looking.once i found a few things a liked i went and tried them all on and decided to buy the ones that fit nicely which consisted of 4 pairs of pants and about 6 shirts and 2 sweaters once we checked out we went back to the care and decided to go to lunch at 'Qudoba' as i was craving some rice and tacos after we ate lunch we headed back home and went inside i decided to shower and then put on some Victorious Secret sweatpants and a tank top on with a hoodie that jorden had left here so i just kind of kept it and i sat on my bed with my laptop in front of me as i looked through f*******: when my door opened"knock knock" i heard jorden say as he came into my room"hey" i smiled as he walked in fully and sat next to me"hey, hows the momma of my babies" jorden asked"im good and so are they how are you" i asked "im good, are you wearing my hoodie?" jorden asked with a chuckle"yea you left it here so i just kinda kept it" i giggled a bit"what time is the gender appointment?" jorden asked smiling "On February first at seven-am" i said and we fell into a comfortable silence as he gently rested his hand on my bumpafter a few moments he spoke "can i do something?" jorden asked as he looked into my eyes "yea" i spoke and waited for a moment and i could see he was hesitant after a few seconds he rested his hands on my face gently pulling my face to his and kissed me and our lips moved in sync for a few minuets before we pulled away and i smiled "what was that for?" i asked with a slight blush "i like you and i want to be in these babies lives and yours" jorden explained "what about my brother though" i asked knowing sam would be hurt "i asked him already and he said it was fine considering the circumstances" jorden smiled "i like you too" i smiled"well then will you be my girlfriend?" jorden asked and i nodded"yes i will" i smiled and gave him a quick kissthe night went on and around ten pm jorden went home and i went to bed -the next morning-i woke up the next morning feeling really sick so i got up and went into my bathroom just in time to get sick in the toilet i have to say the morning sickness sucks alot its horrible i walked downstairs to the kitchen and went to the fridge grabbed some cream cheese and the eggs and bacon and two bagels i went to the stove and started cooking the eggs and bacon i toasted the bagels and spread cream cheese on them and once the eggs were done i placed an egg on each bagel and then a couple pieces of bacon on top of the eggs then put the tops on the bagels i grabbed some orange juice and sat at the counter and started eating when the front door opened and jorden walked in "hey cutie how'd you sleep" jorden asked taking his shoes off by the door and coming to stand behind me resting his hands on my baby bump and resting his chin on my shoulder as i finished my first bagel"i slept alright considering, how about you?" i asked smiling and taking a drink of my orange juice "i slept good what are your plans for today?" jorden asked as sam walked in "im not sure i know i need to start clearing out the spare room for the nursery" i said as Jorden took a bite of the second bagel "hey Ray hey bro whats up" sam asked and grabbed some of the bacon "hey wanna help me and jorden clear out the spare room and start setting up for the nursery?" i asked finishing my orange juice"sure sounds fun" sam smiled and hugged me kissing my cheek like he always does a few hours passed and we had finished clearing out the spare room and got the black wood cribs set up once we find out the gender we are going to paint and decorate we decided to go see a movie and so we headed got our shoes on and our coats and headed to the movies to watch 'Christopher Robin' after the movie we all went home and went to bed as it was late and we had a long day tomorrow going shopping for gender revel items.
