Forgotten Love

Chapter 9

2 days Later

"Loreane, what are you doing here" I turn my gaze to Sylvester as I heard him spoke.

He's in the door because someone is ringing the door bell but I guess I know who's here. I walk my path to the door and stand near Sylvester then put my arms around his masculine arms.

"What took you so long?" I ask as if I don't know that Loreane is here. Then I look where Loreane standing.

"Oh, Hi Loreane what brought you here?" I ask friendly

She raised her eyebrows.

Sylvester put his arms around my waist that made Loreane raised her eyebrows more and that made me glad inside.

"I told you not to disturb me this days wait until I remember everything" Sylvester said coldly to Loreane

I saw a pain in her eyes as she heard what Sylvester said.

"But I missed you" Loreane said and tried to hug Sylvester but Sylvester avoid it and hold my hands and drag me close to him.

"You could just call me it's not necessary for you to come here," Sylvester exhaled. "Now go home before I'll let the guards drag you out of here."

Loreane looked at me with hatred as she turn towards the door and leave.

I quickly get my hands back from Sylvester's hand and walk away but he suddenly grab my hands back that made my heart beat faster. I guess my cheeks turns red now and I don't want him see this.

"And where are you going young lady?" Sylvester ask in his husky voice as he walk closer to me.

I didn't utter any words as I don't know what to say. My heart keep beating faster and faster as I heard his footsteps walking closer to where I am. He stop walking when we were just two inches away then hug me from the back.

"I like the way you act earlier you look lovely" he whispered through my ears that bring shiver to my spine. I quickly removed his arms around me and run towards the living and covered my blushing face. He let out a low laugh that enough for me to hear. Is he crazy? Why did he laughed at me? I sat in the sofa. Thinking what happened minutes ago made me blush even more.

"You're blushing" I nearly jump as he suddenly speak out of nowhere. I quickly covered my face.

"I'm not" I said while covering my face.

I suddenly felt his hands on my hands and slowly bring my hands down.

"Don't cover it you're cute when your blushing." He said while smiling

Is this really happening? He smiled at me? It felt like a dream now, a dream that I wish I'll never be awake. I smile awkwardly at him.

He then let go of my hands and put his arms around me and lean his head in my shoulder.

"Can you bring me somewhere? I want to have a vacation it's so boring to stay in this house while you were working in the company." He said like a baby

I secretly smiled, then I remember a place where he often take me when he has no work to do at the company.

"I'll take you somewhere later in the afternoon, I'm going to ask for a leave in the company for a while to accompany you there, I know you'd like that place." I said

He suddenly lift his head and look at me.

"Great, finally I can have a vacation maybe I can remember something if I go out." He said

It's been ten days since I ask for him for 2 months to make him remember and until now I still don't know if he remember something about me-about us.

"I'm going to call Anton now." I said and get my phone. I dial Anton's number and in a few rings he answered.

"Hello Anton." I said

"Hello, madame what can I do for you?" He ask in the phone

I looked at Sylvester who's already looking at me.

"I would like to ask for a leave for a while, I would take Sylvester somewhere later. Help me to review all the documents that needed to be reviewed" I said

"No problem madame" he replied

"Thank you Anton, just call me if you need anything or if there's a problem" I said and hang up the phone

I put my phone down and look at Sylvester who's staring at me.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" I ask him

"You're beautiful" he said staring straight in my eyes

I smile awkwardly at him.

"T-thanks," I said. "Now let's prepare the things we need to bring." I said changing the topic

He smiled at me and stand up.

"Okay, I'll prepare my things now, my lady." He said while still smiling at me

I just nooded at him cause I don't know what to say anymore. He went to his room upstairs leaving me speechless here. Then I also went upstairs to prepare my things.

I didn't bring a lot of things I just pack the things that is necessary.

Knock...knockk

I suddenly turn my gaze to the door when someone knocking. I went to the door and open it to see who's knocking. When I open the door it's our maids I saw.

"Madame, Young Master said that he will waiting for you downstairs and I'll help you bring your stuff." Anna said one of our maids

I smiled at her and gesture her to my room to get my things.

"Tell him to wait for me in a minute I'll change my clothes first." I said to Anna

"Yes, Young Lady." She replied then went out to my room with my things in her hands. I closed the door and hurriedly went to my walk in closet to change my clothes. I wore my favorite beach dress partner with my flat shoes. Then I went downstairs.

"Your ready?" I ask Sylvester when I walk near to him

"Yeah," he said staring at me."You look lovely on that dress." He said

"Thanks." I replied

" Let's go, our things is in the car already." He said

I nooded and followed him outside where the car park that waiting for us. He gesture me to go in first in the car so I went inside then he followed me inside after I comfortably sit. We drove to the destination I told to the driver. It's just 1 hour away from here so it's not that long.

1 hour later...

I open my eyes as the car stop as a sign that we're already here. Sylvester get off first then I followed him.

"Welcome back to Bellwether Beach Resort or should I say welcome back to your favorite beach resort." I said to Sylvester while smiling

"This place is familiar." He said that makes me stun

"Familiar? So you mean you remember something?" I ask him

"No, It's just felt familiar." He replied

I smiled at the thought of yesterdays (past).

"Ben, bring our stuff to the Hotel just give my card to the Hotel Stuff and they will take you to our room." I told our bodyguard's

"Yes, young lady." They replied and get our things out of the car

"Come let's go to the seashore." I said to Sylvester while holding his hands. I put down his hands and just smiled at the beautiful view infront of us.

"It's been so long since we've been here, the last time we've been here is when we had a summer vacation." I said while smiling." You love to come here when your not in the mood or your angry or when you take a break."

Remembering the past makes me want to go back to the way like before. It's just felt like yesterday.

"I guess this resort is full of memories of ours and I wish I could remember it now." He said sadly

I looked at him.

"We have a plenty of time for you to remember it don't rush your mind to remember everything." I replied to him

He look at me hold my hands then hug me.

"I'm glad your here by my side." He said while hugging me.

We just stayed like this, hugging each other until the sun is nowhere to be seen. At exactly 6:30 pm we went to the hotel with holding hands to eat dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Now, I'm happy that I still have a chance to be with him like this. It feels like forever-a time that I wish to stop just to be with him.
