One Month Earlier
Everybody gathered around in King Alistair's office. Eliot was pacing back and forth in the room while Eros was standing in the corner of the room leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and Ethan was sitting on the couch with Arin wrapped in his arms. King Alistair was sitting on the chair behind his desk with a stoic face, hands under his chin, and eyes trained on the door of the study. Others were scattered around the study, the air thick with tension. It was so thick that it felt suffocating for Arin. And it was all thanks to the anxious anticipation residing inside each and everyone present there.
