His aura

1050 Words
Roan Vandette The incident of yesterday keep replaying in my head and I can only wonder who would want me dead. Thinking about everything king Felix had told me earlier, it's obvious that I have many enemies that'll be after my life though. It's morning already and although I do not want to go to school today, but staying back at home will only get this worsen and make me bored. The thought of the white wolf flash through my mind and a smile lace up my lips. The thought of her brightens my mood and I can't just wait to see him her again. I've still not been able to talk with Giselle, but I'll do that when I get back maybe later in the day or some other time. After I have my bath, I get dress for school and leave my room afterwards. As I descend the staircase, the aroma coming from the kitchen welcomes me and I need no one to tell me that Giselle must've prepared breakfast already. The house is all sparkling neat with no trace of dust anywhere, which tells me that she have cleaned the house. She's a very hard working lady that have been so dedicated. I think that's one of the things I like about her. For the past few years that she has been serving me as my maid, I have never wake up before her. She's always the last to go to bed and the first to wake up. I wonder if she ever gets tired, but for someone that has a strong wolf living inside her, unlike myself, then I think she doesn't get tired. "Greetings, my lord," She is looking everywhere else except my face. She doesn't usually look at my face, but I can tell from the expression on her face that she's embarrassed about what happened yesterday. "I'm heading to school now," I stride to the door, ignoring her. I don't want her to feel uncomfortable, so I think it's best to give her some space by ignoring her. "Uhm...my lord..." I stop abruptly and slowly turn to see her standing there with her gaze now held up high. "Yes?" I scrutinize her, giving her a 'go ahead' look. For the next few seconds, an awkward silence assume the atmosphere. "About yesterday..." "I'm late for school, Giselle. We'll talk about it when I get back home later," I finally pull the door open and stride out of the house. I saunter to the parking lot and hop in my car, driving out of the compound afterwards. As I drive through the deserted route that lead out to the expressway, my heart keep racing fast as the fear of being attacked here keep trying to consume me. I mean, what if I'm attacked here? No one would even know about it and maybe I may lose my life this time around. After a few minutes, I finally burst out in the expressway and take the route to th school. The drive to the school is hectic and annoying, as I get stuck in a traffic jam for over twenty minutes. I think going to school today is a bad idea in the first place. I should've stayed back at home when I had a doubt about this. The traffic jam is finally sorted out and everyone head their various ways. After a few minutes, I finally arrive in the school. I stop my car abruptly upon seeing a car parked in front of the gate and preventing other cars from entering into the school compound. Taking a close look at the car, I recognize it at once to be Ariana's. Why the heck would she do something like this? "s**t!" I curse under my breath as I step out of the car and slam the door hard angrily, and I saunter toward the car but stop on my track abruptly at the sight that welcomes me. There is Ariana, doing some naughty thing with a guy. For the next two minutes, I stand frozen on the spot, watching them and I can't help the scoff that tear through my throat. This is the craziest thing I've ever seen so far. Why would she block everyone from entering into the school compound because of this s**t? "Don't you think it's not necessary blocking other students from going inside? You can get a room if you're so high this morning, don't you think?" I finally distract them after watching them for a few minutes. She quickly pushes him off and turn to face me while I stare back at her disgustingly. "Ro...Roan..." She stutters nervously, having a nervous smile on her face. Even her smile disgusts me. "You're blocking my way," I ignore her and turn around, heading back to my car. "Hi..." The cold and chill voice speak behind me, bringing me to an abrupt halt. My heart skips like a million times as I freeze on the spot. For the next one minute, I try to stabilize myself before I finally turn around to face the one that call me. It's the guy that was with Ariana. His dangerous eyes stares back at me as the corner of his lips slowly twitch into a dirty and dangerous smirk. He look super handsome, but behind that handsome face, all I see is a man in the mask of a devil. He look dangerous even with that smirk on his face. I try to comprehend why I'm suddenly feeling like this, but nothing seem to be coming through as I feel my head blank. "It's nice to meet you," His voice pulls me back to reality and that's when I realize that he's holding out his hand to me for a handshake. Staring down at his extended hand, my heartbeat increase as I gulp down the sudden lump that form in my throat. Waves of nervousness and fear spark through me as I suddenly feel my legs wobbling on the ground. Who is he? Why this weird feelings? "Alpha Dean is the name," I snap my head to look at him as that name ring in my head like a million times and the look on his face explain it all to me, but it's still confusing...
