Aziel’s POV
I knew Alora would be home today, but I had urgent business outside of the city I needed to tend to. When I got back to the city with Phoebe, we went straight to the longhouse to wait for her. I was so excited to see her again. All I wanted was to hug her and make sure she was ok.
We walked through the front door of the longhouse with Miles, Phoebe’s war dog right behind us, where I heard more noise than usual. Right away I saw Alora sitting at the dining room table with everyone else. I couldn’t have smiled any bigger at the sight of having my sister back home. She quickly got out of her seat and ran to me. I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her tightly. I didn’t want to ever let her go.
