Alora’s POV
“What area is this?” Roman asked.
“It’s the Ozark Plateau, the new home of the Greek and Egyptian Sphinx. We’re in Missouri now,” I answered.
“Wow,” Reid said looking at the area.
We kept walking and looking at the new landscape before us. Traveling through this area would be slow going since this was more of a hiking area than a walking path like everything else we had encountered. I would try to keep us from having to climb up or down the cliffs though.
We walked through the territory for about twenty minutes before I noticed a creek running through the space with cliffs on either side of it. On each side I saw one of the Sphinxes of ancient times.
