Aziel’s POV
I went frantic when I felt excruciating pain from Alora. I knew that she had felt the pain I was in when I had gotten attacked by the Phoenix. Now something was happening to her and I couldn’t help her.
Hers was a sharp pain that I felt for just a second then it was gone like it was never there to begin with. I had called out to her when I had gotten hurt, letting her know that I needed her. She didn’t come home like I had hoped she would. Instead she was still out there somewhere, unknown to me.
When I felt the pain from her I expected to feel her call out to me finally. I wanted her to feel the need to have me there with her, but something was wrong and I knew it. She didn’t call out to me and it worried me more. What was going on with her? I hated this constant
