Alora’s POV
We’ve been in the city for three days now. I have Tom and Avery working on a way to bring power back. I figured with Tom’s mechanical skills and Avery’s thunderbolt abilities they should have a solution in no time. At least that’s the hope we all share.
Reid moved in with Amanda yesterday. They were so happy to have found one another that they didn’t want to spend much time apart. I know how they felt because Calum and I were the same way.
I was staying with Calum in the newcomer housing every night instead of in my room in the longhouse. We were looking at moving into a house on a street away from where we currently were. It had enough rooms for the kids, Calum and me, plus an extra two rooms for more family members to come.
