Santiago’s POV
Immediately Nadia fell asleep, I extracted some of her blood to run a test on her. It might seem wrong of me to seduct her food but that was the only way I could get the test sample I needed.
Her behavior today was shocking and confusing. If she was mentally ill or had a concussion in her brain then it is my fault for not noticing.
I tucked her gently under my blanket before I went back to my study. As of tomorrow, I will be starting my day at the hospital since I have taken care of most of the bank issues.
Flipping the pages of my medical research book, my eyes caught a particular page that I have been researching on. A victorious smile graced my face as I read the heading.
With this information, I could safe that little girl and save a position for myself
