Alex's POV I hadn’t slept a wink, not really. My mind had been spinning nonstop ever since I saw the pill bottles in Jaxon’s backpack. Since I hadn’t dared to ask him about them, not after the way he’d snapped at me before leaving the cave last night, I wasn't able to stop myself from thinking about it for most of the night and wondering what could be wrong with him.
