No guns allowed. Twin sister's miserable past

1638 Words
"There is too many people I can't use Death spin..." Perros thought to himself. "We don't want to hurt your allies nor ourselves." Perros said. "How about we don't use guns?" He added. Flora and her minions burst out laughing. "So you came here for some reason. And then you dictate the terms?" Flora laughed. "No wa...!" She was about to add, but Fauna jumped in. "Sure, why not." Fauna said calmly and pulled a pair of boxers out of her pocket. "But..." Flora wanted to say, but the look on Fauna's face. She finally looked like she was interested in something. "Okay... No guns." She added. Flora looked at their henchmen. Like her, they slowly dropped their weapons. -- 20 years ago -- Flora and Fauna were playing in the forest in the middle of the day. Fauna as the older sister had to watch Flora. While they were on their way back gunshots echoed through the countryside. "What was that?" Flora asked horrified. "S-Someone's probably hunting." Fauna said uncertainly. "Can we go hunting someday too?" Flora asked, tugging on Fauna's sleeve. "Um... I don't think our parents would let us." Fauna replied and looked around. "Right..." Flora said in disappointment. "C'mon let's go back home." Fauna said and together with Flora they went back home. Fauna knew about the local bandits and knew that the gunshots were probably coming from their village. Inside she was terrified, but she didn't show it outwardly, so that Flora wouldn't be scared too. Fauna acted like a good old sister, protecting Flora from the harms of the world... Or so she thought. Once they got back, the town was dead silent. "Where is everybody?" Flora asked horrified. "I-I don't know... Let's go check home." Fauna replied, but tried not to speak in a shaky voice. She knew exactly what had happened. Their house stood in the centre of the village. On the way there they also noticed that almost every door of every house were open, sometimes even broken. Flora and Fauna were right outside the door of their house, standing side by side. "Wait here..." Fauna said and looked at the house. "But I wanna..." Fauna jumped into Flora's speech. "I said, wait here. Okay?" Fauna added worriedly. "Alright..." Flora said sadly. Fauna turned to her, squatted down and stroked her cheek. "I'll be right back. Don't worry." Fauna smiled at her and stood up. "But of course if you see anyone, hide inside." She added and went inside. Flora sat down, leaned against the wall and began to look around carefully. Fauna, meanwhile, was already inside. Their house may have been smaller, but she was still proceeding with real caution in case anyone else was inside. "Mom? Dad?" Fauna shouted quietly. "Anyone?" She added. Fauna heard some rustling in the main room. She picked up her pace and reached the door to the main room where they were gathering as a family. Someone was definitely inside. Fauna took a deep breath and quickly opened the door. And there lay her parents, dead. You could tell her father was protecting her mother with his own body, but the bullets had gone through. Fauna just stared at their dead bodies with no emotion on her face, as if she had died too. Tears fell from her eyes, but that was all, no emotion, just tears. "Is anyone here?" Fauna said softly as tears dripped down her face. A small animal slowly emerged from behind the couch. Covered in blood, with a gun on its back and a small backpack. "I'm sorry about what happened." He said sympathetically. "Did you do this?" Fauna looked at him, then back at the bodies. "I tried to help them. They were like this when I got here." He said sadly. "I tried to help, I swear." He added. "And I thought they were killed by bandits..." Fauna said, her eyes just glancing around the room. "You have to trust me!" He shouted. "I was just returning to our village when..." He was about to add more, but Fauna left the room. "I heard gunshots..." He finished slowly. When Fauna left the room, she locked it, so there was no way that that animal would escape. Fauna knew she couldn't tell Flora the truth. So she slowly went through the house and packed up some things. "You're back!" Flora rejoiced. "Did you find them?" She added. Fauna exhaled and took a deep breath. "Unfortunately, no. But they did leave a message that we should leave this village for safety reasons." She said. "So I will never see them again?" Flora said sorrowfully. Fauna came closer and hugged her. Flora started crying, Fauna also shed a tear, but without an emotion. "But I still have you right?" Flora looked up to her. Fauna nodded in agreement. "Now, say... How would you like to have our own gang?" Fauna said. -- Present -- "Even though I didn't want any guns, I'm not really the fists guy." Perros laughed nervously. Marco looked at Bruno, who raised his shoulders and chuckled. "But I am." Nazo smiled and cracked his knuckles. Flora looked at their henchmen, who looked like they weren't going to fight. "GO!" Flora shouted. Their henchmen ran towards Perros and the others, ready to fight. Perros also ran towards them and was the first one to throw a punch. This time enemies weren't so untrained. Perros was exchanging fists with two other henchmen. So did, Nazo who was used to fighting with his hands. Bruno was about to pull out the frying pan, but before he could do so, Flora noticed. "HEY!" Flora shouted. "No guns, fatso." She added. "A little respect, huh?" Bruno was angry. "I'm not calling you a midget either." He added, punching one of the henchman. The fight seemed to be one sided, Perros and the others were winning, but that's when Flora had enough. "This way, we aren't going to win." Flora said madly. "I'm going in." She added and looked at Fauna. "Do as you wish..." Fauna said and smiled. So Flora did as she said. She walked through their minions and quickly made her way to Raven, who seemed to have no idea why she was there. Flora punched Raven and she fell on the ground. "Well, thanks. But next time, say you're coming on me." Raven said while lying on the ground. "And who are you anyway?" She added. "Flora, duh. Don't tell me you forgot." Flora replied uncomprehendingly. Raven spun around, knocking Flora to the ground and quickly got up. She smiled mockingly and clenched her fists. "As you wish." Flora smiled and swiftly got up. Fists flew from one to the other. They went all out. After a while of fighting, they stood still. Flora and Raven took one last look at each other and fell to the ground unconscious. "Aargh!" Marco shouted, dodging the attack. "Marco, you must fight back... At least somehow." Perros said and punched several henchmen. "I don't think I'm capable of it." Marco started running, only to not get hit. "Oh, come on... Everybody can throw a punch. Even Raven..." Perros said and looked at Raven who was lying on the ground. "Well, at least she could." He added and chuckled. Marco even after that didn't stop running around. "Sigh... Just clench your fist. And thrust it forward with all your might." Perros explained plainly. "But I still don't think..." Marco was interrupted by Perros. "DO IT!" Perros shouted at him. Marco stopped and looked at the first enemy he saw. They exchanged eye contact and their duel began. They began to closer on each other. "Clench your fist." Marco thought to himself. "And then... thrust it!" He took a deep breath and throw a punch. The henchman got hit right in his face. Although Marco didn't realize it because his eyes were closed, the blow was so hard that the man was left unconscious. "See, it wasn't that hard." Perros laughed. Marco opened his eyes and realized what he had done. "You just have to believe in yourself." He added and continued fighting. Marco took the words to heart. And he began to fight them hard as well. " Alright guys, let's finish this!" Perros said cheerfully and looked at his partners. Only Nazo and a few other enemy henchmen were left standing. "Eh?" Perros sounded surprised. "Well, more fun for us I guess." He added and went to beat up the last few henchmen. The remaining henchmen of Twin's gang knew they had no chance against them. Even though there were pretty beat up too. "Why don't you help us, chief Fauna?" Henchman #1 asked. "I want to have them all to myself only." Fauna said and smiled. "And go fight. I can't wait for them to beat you." She added She added, watching Perros fight intently. "A-All right, boss!" Henchman #1 ran towards Nazo, who immediately punched him right in the face with his fist. "Sigh..." Fauna sounded disappointed. When she noticed only a single henchman was left, Fauna decided it was time. She slowly approached Perros, who had almost no energy left to fight, so he knelt down on the ground. Perros looked at her and smiled. "You must be the brains of this bunch." Perros said, wiping blood from his nose. "Same goes for you." Fauna said with certainty. Perros looked around, no one was left standing, it was a one on one fight. "I'm still going to win this." Perros smiled and tried to punch her, but Fauna dodged his fist. She grabbed Perros by the shirt and lifted him into the air. "I wouldn't be so sure about that." Fauna clenched her fist and prepared to punch Perros. The blow would be fatal to Perros.
