Hello," Unspoken Emotions – EPISODE TWO That was Jeffrey’s voice. Gina’s heart was beeping fast. She dropped the call immediately, and she was breathing as if she were running. "What is wrong with me?" Gina asked herself. Jeffrey asked Ella, who was still the phone. “Who was that?” Ella hesitated briefly and replied, “It was Gina.” Jeffrey sighed deeply. “Please, don’t do that again. I don’t have anything against her, but I also don’t want to get close to her in any way, please.” His tone carried a sign of disappointment. Ella chuckled lightly to ease the tension. “No problem. Now back to why you called, because you never call just to say hi. So tell me, what do we have?” Jeffrey smiled faintly at the other end of the call “You already know. I’m working on getting a contract, but I was told you could help me get through…” They spoke for a while before ending the call. Ella now understood why jeffrey was in London and she promised to help him secure the contract. Later that night, she tried calling Gina , but Gina was already asleep. Jeffrey was Gina’s high school sweetheart. They had once vowed to stay together forever. Unfortunately, their beautiful love story ended like a lightening . One morning, Jeffrey simply walked away. No explanations, no closure, just "Let's end this, please." Gina was shattered. To her, Jeffrey had used her, an opportunist who had taken advantage of her love and dreams. Jeffrey denied the accusations but still refused to explain why he ended things. He even blocked her on all social media platforms. They had planned to attend the same university, but jeffrey changed his plans at the last minute, leaving Gina to face her pain alone. She turned all her anger, heartbreak, and loneliness into motivation, vowing never to let him, or anyone, frustrate her again. On Sunday, Gina arrived in London. She prepared thoroughly for her interview at A.B. Group of Companies. After her presentation, the board was impressed. The company agreed to award her the contract as the lead architect for their new ultramodern edifice. Gina couldn’t believe it. Her hard work had finally paid off. She called Ella immediately, and the two celebrated her victory with excitement and laughter over the phone. She was scheduled to return on Wednesday to sign the contract. Wednesday came. Gina was looking classy, and the early morning sun complimented the glowing of her smooth skin; her confidence and smile were as bright as the new day. Though her appointment was at 10 a.m., she arrived earlier, poised, elegant, and ready. The Managing Director arrived at exactly 10 a.m., and within thirty minutes, everything was done. The contract was signed. Gina was officially the architect for one of the biggest projects in London. Joy filled her heart. But just as she was about to leave, the director said with a warm smile, “Before you go, please meet the person you’ll be working closely with. He’s in charge of all landscaping and ornamental designs.” They called him in. The door opened slowly. Gina turned toward the opening door, her smile freezing in bits. Her heart pounded as her eyes locked on the man walking in. Her mouth opened slightly subconsciously. MD: Gina Meet jeffrey. Jeffrey, this is Gina , our architect.
