  I could see Kelly’s mind ticking over, and to be fair, Jace had a point. If he was guilty, he’d easily have the means for a quick getaway, and wouldn’t be going anywhere near the police.   “If you’d like to come with us, sir, we can take a statement from you at the station,” the officer stated, moving in front of Jace.
