Rick takes Dakota straight to the basement, “watch your step, we are going down the stairs.”
“Can the punishment not wait a day or two?” Dakota asks.
“Sure, but for everyday you postpone your punishment I am adding a lashing,” Rick says, still promoting her to walk down the stairs.
“Ok,” Dakota agrees pulling away from him.
“You are still staying down here, I will bring a bed down,” Rick says, picking her up and carrying her down the stairs the rest of the way.
“I need a shower,” Dakota says.
“You can bath, I will send Kalyn down to come help you, there is a bathroom down here you know,” Rick says.
“Oh, is that where the door leads to,” Dakota says.
“Yes,” Rick says putting her down on her feet.
Rick was about to leave when Dakota reaches out blindly, “wait, I am scared. Not being
