Nathan was away from the pack for two days and checked in with a mind link every now then to make sure the men is not having their way with Dakota.
After two days of dead ends, he returned home to rest, eat and regain his strength before continuing his search.
“How is the WICS,” Nathan askED Leilah, walking into the packhouse, through the living room, and straight to his room.
“What are you talking about? She left a day ago. Men in black suits came for her, Addison dealt with them,” Leilah said and ran after Nathan.
“What?” Nathan exclaimed.
“Yeah, they took the suitcase that arrived the day before with clothing items for the WICS with them,” Leilah said, coming to a halt in Nathan’s room.
