  Zachary's POV   I hadn't slept, not truly, in a few days now. My body would be still, but my mind didn't follow. The moment I closed my eyes; I was back in that alley behind the library.   I remembered the night air. The weight of her arm under my hand. The quiet defiance in her voice when she told me to ask better questions.   I had touched her, skin to skin.
