THAT LONG NIGHT.
Fern was too jumpy to go and save my daughter but on my part, my heart was not settled. I had never faced Hazel since the ordeal and I couldn’t know what to say to her. I went through my email and the sound of a broken vase caught my attention.
I opened my window swiftly and I could be able to see Jared tip-toeing away with the clutch bag I had given Bell as her Christmas gift one year ago.
I also hid myself as I got out of the car. What could he possibly be doing with a clutch that belongs to Bell if he wasn’t possibly trying to steal something?
