When he finished his report, he didn't leave immediately.
He hesitated for a moment, then lowered his voice.
"Mr. Vance, Mignon left in such a hurry yesterday that she didn't bring any change of clothes. She's still wearing the same suit she traveled in.
You've always had strict dress code standards for this floor. I'm afraid people will start gossiping."
Dawson paused.
A flash of the messy pile of clothes on the hotel room floor the night before crossed his mind.
The next second, his face turned cold again.
"Understood." He closed the folder. "Go buy her a few sets of appropriate work clothes for the season."
