Our height difference didn’t go unnoticed. Even if she wore heels, I still towered over her. I slipped my hands in my pockets then looked at her through my peripheral vision. I can see her tearing up, although not as much as she had before. “Does your brother know?” I inquired. If I’m already this mad, I imagine it to be ten-fold on her older brother. “No, he doesn’t.” She answered. “Huh.” Was all I replied. I know I’m supposed to console her or whatever but I don’t know how to do so. I simply am not a good shoulder to cry on. I don’t know how to comfort people, nor how to handle their emotions and whatnot. It’s better if I just shut the f**k up so I don’t mess up at all.
