ZAVIA The royal coach was about to close the door but he was stopped by another hand. The familiar scars and markings on his arms immediately told me who whose hand was it. Oliver entered the carriage and sat on the seat in front of me. I truly wish he wouldn’t stay here with me and just sit beside the royal coach instead. However, he seems too keen about making sure he guards me at all times. I guess he’s just serious about the job, nothing more. The carriage started moving slowly. I just sat there silently with my palms rested on my lap. I watched the view from outside and observed the trees and buildings moving in a blur. Once again, it was awkward between the both of us.
