*Piper’s POV* I sat next to Jaxon, feeling on edge for Alpha Parker’s arrival. He picked up on it and took my hand into his. He held it tightly in an attempt to help get me calmed down. “Breathe.” He reminded me thorough our mind link I did as he suggested. I feel a little better, but not by much. “Piper, everything is going to be okay.” He attempted to be reassuring but it wasn’t working. My abilities seemed to over power his attempts. No matter what he said right now I knew something bad was on the horizon. “Piper.” He called out my name to get my attention directed to him. My eyes met those hazel orbs.
