I walk back to the office on the ever-busy Monday morning with Nathan by my side, reporting all that happened in the company while I'm gone.
"Nathan, I need all department weekly report by 10 AM"
"Noted, Sir. Should I arrange a meeting with all the heads of departments?"
"No need, just the report. And if needed I'll ask them directly"
"Okay, noted Sir. Oh, by the way, Sir?
"Yes, Nathan?"
I stop and turn back to look at Nathan as he stopped outside the lift.
"Welcome back."
Nathan smile widely, genuine care shows from his face. I smile and nod back to him.
"As always Nathan, thank you"
Nathan nod and he walk away to start his day as usual.
