Aiden's POV
“How is the queen doing?” I asked Richard,
“She is really broken and in pain”
I nodded my head and went to the chambers. Even as I walked there, I didn't know how I was going to console her. I reached by the door and lady Betha was just coming put. She bowed her head and quickly left. I entered and found she was sitting in bed crying, I went closer and sat next to her, she begun to sob even louder now. I pulled her closer and hugged her tightly without saying anything to her.
“Am sorry I lost the baby” She said in between her sobs.
“Shush… It was not your fault” I whispered to her.
“We will get through this together, I am here for you. You did more than you could” I assured her once more, she cried even more. I patted her shoulder till she fell asleep, I helped her sleep
