The lecture hall of the university was a thriving hive of mundane human and low-ranking wolf activity. Laughter bounced off the tiered concrete walls, the rhythmic clicking of laptop keys formed a steady background hum, and the heavy scent of cheap coffee and damp winter coats filled the air.
