"Get up Lilly. The alpha doesn't have patience for wolves who are not on time." Charlie said opening Lilly's door and peeking in. Lilly sighed sitting up and started getting ready. She had slept horribly and now she had to fight to see where she ranked in her new home. what she had expected was much worse from her father Maybe he had changed through the years after losing her mother, but she would have to see as her time went on here.

"Lilly Now! " Molly yelled.

"I'm up." Lilly groaned putting one of Ian's cut-up tees that she had snuck in her bag and a pair of black running leggings. She grabbed her hairpins, the silver stinging waking her up more, sticking them in her messy morning bun and putting her running shoes on. She felt comfortable enough to fight.

She followed Molly and Charlie into the second largest building that I have seen in the pack lands. The inside looked like a boxing arena except the center had no roof and instead of flooring, there was earth in the arena. Lilly could already see a mix of humans and wolves in the stands that surrounded the arena. She could see Nathan in the center sitting above the arena, like a king on a throne. Lilly smirked "It suited his ego" She thought Lilly wanted to laugh at how it reminded her of a Spartan movie she had watched with Chester.

If she won she would scream as loud as she possibly could. 'Are you not entertained.'

Charlie gave her a mouthguard to protect her teeth nodding at her encouragingly. Charlie was like the mother of the two while Molly acted like the boss in front of people. Lilly went into the arena to wait for the fight to begin. Nathen raised his hand to quit the crowd.

"Today we join in the arena to see where Lillianna June Carter will be ranked in our pack. Her first opponent is Mike Eden of the omega group. let the fight begin." He said as a bell rang out. Lilly saw a slightly muscular male step into the arena. He had a knife in his hand switching it back and forth to each hand. She waited for him to attack. He charged at her with the knife in his left hand.

He tried slicing at her side but she moved quickly taking the knife from him and elbowing him in the nose. He frowned glaring at Lilly. He growled showing his claws. Lilly was already tired of the way this pack was run. Mike tried kicking at her but missed. Lilly grabbed his arm twisting. She heard it snap feeling his arm break. Lilly gasped dropping his arm and jumping away horrified. what had she just done? Mike groaned but kept swiping at her with his other arm his claws out. He caught her shirt with his claw. Lilly growled glaring at him. He tensed but kept attacking her.

"You i***t you ripped Ian's shirt! "Lilly growled grabbing his clawed hand and head-butting him. He groaned falling to the ground out cold. Lilly shook off the sting on her forehead, sighing at the slice on the side of Ian's shirt. She could easily sew it up but Lilly had to watch herself.

"Next opponent is Carlson Miller from the gathered group."Lilly's father said as two people dragged Mike from the arena. Lilly waited for the next person. He charges out of the gate knocking Lilly down. Lilly quickly got up looking at him growling. He was stronger compared to Mike. Lilly got ready to pounce, glaring at him.

"What's wrong princess don't like dirt." He said smirking. Lilly smiled at him. This was going to be fun she thought.

"I do like dirt," Lilly said throwing a handful in his face before putting all her force into her fist as she connected to his cheek. He stumbled back a few paces shaking his head.

"You cunt, you'll pay for that." He growled, charging at Lilly again. Lilly waited til he was close enough before jumping up and flipping over him. Lilly smiled at herself that it worked.

"You have enhanced abilities now as a wolf. You can do things you were not able to as a human. Just don't get cocky, stay focused." Her wolf said to Lilly. Lilly knew her wolf was right.

Lilly watched as he came throwing punches at her. Lilly kept moving back trying to see any weakness, she saw the opportunity. His right leg had an old injury. He was protecting it as he swung at her. Lilly rolled away catching his leg with hers as she moved away.

He fell to the ground but got up quicker than she had expected. He had a switchblade in his hand. Curtis smiled evilly, coming at her slicing in every direction. Lilly struggled to keep him from cutting her. He sliced the air in front of her face, cutting her cheek. Lilly hissed, hitting his arm with the knife trying to make him drop it. He held onto the knife. Lilly rolled away as he sliced at her. Lilly moved to his side to get away.

"stop dodging me! " He roared and slammed his elbow into her face. Lilly growled stumbling back, her lip bleeding. Lilly ran at him and swiped at his feet he fell face forward. Lilly didn't waste any time as she climbed on top of him and put him in a chokehold. He tried rolling her off but she held on as he rolled on his back Lilly squeezed tighter seeing his face turning blue.

He tried stabbing her with the knife but she was just out of his reach. Slowly his eyes shut close. Lilly held on for a moment longer til his body went limp. His breathing had slowed drastically. Lilly let go pushing him off of her catching her breath. She licked her busted lip to stop the bleeding. Glaring at a smug Nathan

"Walter Reed from the Warrior group. " Nathan said smirking at her. Lilly glared back getting ready for her next opponent. Just like the last one he hadn't wasted time entering the arena.

He came out swinging a wooden club. Lilly barely dodged to the side as she felt the wind from the club. This was getting a little ridiculous with the weapons. Lilly thought. Lilly let her claws out waiting for him to swing again. He swung trying to catch her face. Lilly grabbed a hold of the club trying to pull it from his hands. His hands slipped from the club falling back. Lilly smiled smashing it with her new strength. Walter was way stronger than the last guy. He roared charging at her. She winced but swiped at him, but he kept coming Lilly moved to the right and he followed not giving her hardly any time to recover. Lilly kicked him in the chest pushing him back a few steps. She was getting to her limit.

"We will fight together." Lilly's wolf said moving her arm as he tried hitting her in the side. Lilly smiled feeling her K-9s extend. Walter shined him at her. He had yellow k-9's.

" have you heard of a toothbrush? " Lilly said taking the chance and kneed him in his family jewels. Walter groaned grabbing them.

"Should pay attention a little better." She said as he fell onto his knees breathing heavily. Lilly raised her arm back and used all her force and hit him in the back of the head. Walter fell back on the ground with a thud. Lilly knew she had another opponent but her body was getting sore. She wasn't used to her new abilities fully and her body felt drained.

"Keep fighting Lilly your almost there." her wolf encouraged.

"Chance Rutherford, The Beta. " Lilly's father said to the crowd. Chase was built strong but slim. Lilly could see his pack tattoo on his left shoulder as he walked out into the arena circling her before getting in front of her. She had once called him a friend but now, they were opponents once again.

"When were you going to tell me this news?" Lilly asked catching her breath looking hurt and shocked at Chase.

Chase stood looking at her sadly. He was waiting for her to attack him, she wasn't dumb. She circled him like a predator waiting for him to strike at her. He stayed where he was watching Her.

"You're already tired Lilly, I could take you down without even trying. " Chase declared, watching her. Lilly let out her new anger towards Chase not telling her of his position in her father's pack. He kept things from her just like Ian.

"I'll sleep when this is over." She said glaring at him. She was still upset at him. He sighed coming at her with his quick speed. Before Lilly knew it he was on top of her pinning her down. She growled using all her strength and rolled them to the side. Lilly pulled away from him grabbing her hairpins. Lilly felt them burning her hands but She ingored it. Chase looked confused at Lilly, watching her hands simmer from the silver.

Lilly took the opportunity, going at him and slicing his arm and leg. Chase hissed grabbing her arms taking her hairpins from her hands and throwing them against the wooden barrier.

"I don't want to hurt you Lilly. So don't make me." Chase warned looking at Lilly. Lilly growls trying to attack him again.

"you lied to me like Ian!" Lilly yelled at him as she struggled against his hold. Chase sighed and slammed his head against Hers; making Lilly see stars. She moved away and shook it off as she dodged his punches. Chase landed one to the side of her rib cage. Lilly felt her rib crack. Lilly groaned in pain but swung up catching him in his chin. He moved back smirking and spitting out blood looking at Lilly.

He smiled watching Lilly. Lilly was in pain she could barely keep her breathing normal. She knew her eyebrow was split open her rib was broken, and her muscles screaming for her to stop. But she refused to go down. Chase tried swiping her feet from under her but she jumped up kicking him in his face. He growled in frustration charging at her.

"It's done, Lilly. " Chase roared, knocking her down. He put her in a chokehold. Lilly panicked and tried getting out of his hold, but she was already too weak from the other fights.

"I'm sorry, it came to this, Lilly. I'm so sorry." Chase murmured in her ear. Lilly gasped for air and took her claws, digging them into his arms, but he tightened his hold on her neck. Lilly saw sadness in Chase's eyes before passing out. Lilly knew she had lost against the Chase, the beta.
