My door flew open so fast I nearly jumped out of my skin. Sam’s head poked in, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
“Dress up.”
I blinked, still half in pajamas, ready for a quiet, stressful night in bed. “What?” I asked, confusion knotting in my chest.
“Dress up. We’re going out.” She emphasized the word out, then spun on her heel and vanished before I could ask where.
