Chaos broke out, and everyone gathered in the main hall. The rumor said Alpha Damian was seriously injured.
Someone stabbed his heart!!!
We all were happy for a moment but that happiness was short-lived. It turned out Damian had a protection spell on his body. He was only injured, not dead.
Disappointment took over our faces.
Carlos and the other church committee members appeared before us.
“Damian needs two days for rest.”
Carlos announced.
“He said a shadow knight attacked him and then disappeared.”
My heart dropped to my stomach.
“Alpha also stabbed his chest. We'll search every man right here, right now!” Rowan stepped forward.
“No outsider can step into the pack house, breaking our strict security. The mole is an insider, fooling us.” Chase growled.
