Chapter Thirty-One Milo My grandmother left when the sun was still bright. She would need to walk the few miles down the hillside trail to get back to the house before my mother returned from work. It was still hard to believe my grandfather had not only been alive, but had been living this close to us all along. However, it was still a long walk, even if you weren't an older woman.
