Elias took my hand and led me down the hallway with Xander on my other side.
“So, where are we going?" I asked, thoroughly confused. “After the divine meal you just lavished upon me, I can't imagine that it gets any better than this."
Xander lifted my hand to his lips and kissed it. “We'll be there soon. We don't want to spoil the surprise."
