POV Ayesha
“What do you mean she’s not in her room? Where else would she be? Have you checked the kitchen?”
“Yes, she’s not there.” Faith says.
“Maybe she went for a run?” I ask.
“Faith that is enough! I’m sure she’s fine. Let’s just let her do her thing tonight. I don’t want Ayesha getting all wound up.”
“Okay, night.” Faith wonders off.
“There was a necklace.” I say.
“What a necklace.”
“The package Darwin sent had a necklace, and I gave it to Mya to cheer her up, and it really made her happy. I didn’t mention it to Logan. I didn’t want him to take it from her.” I say.
“That was really sweet of you.”
“What if Darwin put some kind of spell on it and he took Mya away?” I ask.
“Darwin hates witches and any species that welds magic like fae. Stop worrying.” H
