“Thanatos Cousin”
POV Ayesha
My nightmares fade, and I start to feel better. I use Thanatos relaxing technique of removing worries visually from my life, treating them like pulling weeds, and life gets better.
Thanatos informs me his cousin Beatrice is getting married, and he was sent an invitation. Apparently, he never goes to these things. However, he thinks it will be a nice distraction for me. I bring my book of my nightmares and what I would do in each situation with me on the trip.
Beth and Faith come with us to keep me company. We arrive at Beatrice Manor in the afternoon. All the servants are standing outside as each guest arrives. Beatrice greets Thanatos and treats me as his equal and invites us into her home.
