Logan finds me in the kitchen sucking down coffee.
“Do you want to explain where you were today?” Logan says.
“What on earth do you mean?” I ask with a smile.
“The bag you brought back is from a coffee shop in the village, Ayesha.”
“Seriously, someone ratted me out?”
“Thanatos saw the bag. He just didn’t want to fight about it when you’re worried about other things. I’m more concerned about you. Tell me everything that happened.”
“I went for coffee and snacks and saw Uncle Darwin, threw a coffee at him and burnt him, and he ran away.”
