“Emerald”
POV Ayesha
Emerald asks me to be her bridesmaid. Which distracts me from the whole Thanatos and Julie drama. I keep busy helping Emerald plan her wedding. She seems nervous. Almost like she doesn’t want to marry Lance. I ask her over and over if this is what she wants. She says yes, but her head always sways back and forth like her wolf is saying no.
I helped her find the perfect dress and band to play. She chooses a beautiful church down the street with beautiful stain glass windows.
My favorite part is when we’re trying the wedding cake samples. We try every sample in the store, and Stella’s favorite is marshmallow fudge cake. My sister chooses the same flavour, and Stella is over the moon.
