Andy held the sealed brown envelope in his hand. There wasn’t anything stronger in the house to drink than lemonade, and right now he’d have killed for a shot of whiskey. Maybe tomorrow he’d rectify that, but tonight, as he sat in the kitchen, he slit the envelope open and pulled out a small recorder wrapped with a single sheet of paper.
