Anomaly of Abilities Arc: The Reality Sphere

I knew it all along that something like this could happen, but I never bothered telling them anyways. I knew there will be something odd and unfulfilling during the event, but I never took at least one second to tell them that the event will be composed of mysterious creatures that are not supposed to appear. And now this is what happened. I swear I could've taken some time to tell them these things, but I just couldn't bother. I know that if I tell them this, it will only lead to something far worse. But isn't this already worse enough? The lomocubus unanticipatedly swing its staff to the ground, causing a huge implosion of darkness that shoved me back some studs away from Elio and Diether. After a few seconds, it did not just push me back, it also teleported me elsewhere which caused me to feel nauseous. My head is aching and I feel dizzy. I feel like any second now I would collapse. But this is not the time for that. I grabbed onto the nearest tree and lift myself. I felt the pressure on my body going along with my headache, causing twice the suffering that I used to have. With all the strength that is left within me, I lifted each of my legs as I take a step forward, walking towards an unknown place in the middle of an unknown time. The island is full of explosions, screams, and voices. There were also beast sounds, animal cries, and monster growls. You can surely feel the aura of a true forest with this scary and fearsome aura. There was still some energy left inside me and I can feel it. All I ought to do is preserve it and release it at a perfect time. But when is the perfect time? Should that time be when I see Elio and Diether in crisis? Will I even be able to find them on time? Will I have the strength and courage to walk towards people I just met in this place which I have no single clue about? Each step that I take, I feel my energy and strength dissipating more and more. All of it was being consumed while I forcefully take my steps towards the two. I may not know where the two are, but I cannot just give up here right now on my own. I have to fight forward, build up confidence and courage to fight for something precious to me. I heard some footsteps coming on my left side as I continue walking. The footsteps seem to be humane. I lied on the nearest tree on my right and waited for something to pop up on my left. I need some help. I know I do and I must ask for help. It was no longer than a minute when suddenly a person in a brown dress — or maybe cloak — appeared. The person's full body is wrapped carefully with clothes, seems like he or she is trying to hide his or her identity. I glanced at the person as she stops right exactly on me. "Help," I told her. She did not mind me though. While she is beside me a bunch of growling sounds appeared and I feel familiar with it. I know I have heard of it before and I know I have seen it before too. I realized what it was when the growling became louder and louder each second, and I felt the energy presence it has. "It's a shade," I whispered. Tons of shades suddenly appeared in front of us, undoubtingly talking steps towards us with no fear. Maybe they appreciate their numbers because we are outnumbered. There is just me and the girl with the brown cloak not to mention I even have no idea what she really is. But I feel her presence, her energy, and her aura, it is definitely humane. I got no time to count the shades coming after us. The girl stood there quietly without moving even a single inch. She is just staring — possibly blankly — towards the shades as if the shades are just nothing. Then a few minutes when the shades are no more than a yard from her, she immediately loosed out her hands from her cloak and took out a gun with each of her hands. "Midnight Eye, call of the abyss." I heard her whispered into herself. She was just there swiftly, unknowingly shooting the shades in less than a millisecond. She's shooting them each one by one per gun that she has, and she seemed to have endless bullets to hit them. The shades were not as strong as I thought they were. In the end, they are still gullible and weak if you are to hit them from a range. Shades don't damage you unless they touch you. The girl was agile and swift. She might be an acrobatic gunslinger who knows? And where the hell from Ylgaea did I get the term acrobatic gunslinger? She was shooting and dashing and tumbling and kicking from every corner. Every time I look at her I can see her being ready for a fight or a war. It only took a matter of time before she was able to finally beat them all up. She was sweating and the hood of her cloak accidentally fell off. That's when I see the upper side of her. She's blonde and has a unique physical trait from her face. She's an extinguishing person and can be easily recognized by everyone in just one look — except she is not a celebrity or a hero or rather, a god. She is not a human, I can tell that by looking into her eyes. She seems to have these reddish-purple eyes that glow. There's a red trail every time she moves as if her eyes release light. After defeating the flock of shades, she covered her head back again with the hood from her cloak. There is this abundant energy emitting off of her. The energy is red however it is not the same as the energy that normal humans emit. This one feels like something is off with it. She grabbed something into her pocket. It is small when I saw it, it reflected light coming from the moon and that is when I realized it is actually a vial. She got two though, very small vials that don't seem to be useful when you look at it. She drank one of it and threw the other at me, "Here, drink that it should replenish your energy." I caught the small vial and immediately drank the blue liquid inside it. It didn't taste anything disgusting, but it sure gives a punch inside me. I felt some of my energy replenishing as I diffuse a few redundant energy that was stuck inside me. The moonlight is stuck in the current place where I might be along with the girl who is currently standing lonesome but I definitely know what she's doing. She is trying to understand the current situation and find something she is ought to find. She isn't moving, she is just breathing calmly, her breathing pattern is as constant as anybody had ever done before. Not that long until she opened her eyes and took one step forward, "I have something to do. You must survive from here on." She quickly took her footsteps, leaving me behind. As she runs away, I was left with pain and aching body, not knowing what to do or where to go next. But I really have to move and find Diether and Elio. I took my pace and started lifting my body back up again. I can support myself now somehow, seems like the vial that that girl gave me really replenishes energy. I kept on walking forward, each second my body is getting used to the minimal pain left inside my body. I got the urge to move forward because Elio, Diether, and I has to go home together. "Elio!" "Diether!" I kept on shouting and shouting checking if ever they'll respond, but it was no use. I was totally shouting for no reason. Suddenly, I felt the bushes scrambled. I glanced immediately to see who it was and I saw no one. But seeing no one is totally useless if you can't feel the energy around you. I can feel it clearly around me, there is two unique energy dissipation occurring around me. Seems like they are following me right there?!" I shouted. Then I heard a smirk. "Must be a pretty loot I must say." I saw a girl with flaming red hair along with a boy that wields a gigantic sword. The two of them were smirking while looking at me. I took a few steps back. But I feel no fear at all. "Don't you know that killing other people also gives you loot?" the girl with the flaming red hair said. Killing other people? She gave out a little sigh as she points her scepter towards me, gathering red energy on top of the scepter. The scepter seemed old, made with wood and the top is like a rotten fruit wrapped with foil — or it may be foil itself in the shape of rotten fruit. "Art of the Fortune Fire, Flaming Coins!" she cast. I suddenly realized now that their target is to really kill me. They want to take some loot from me I guess, but I don't even have any loot. Without hesitation, I dodged it and ran towards somewhere safe and where they might n9t be able to find me. But I got no luck. I immediately sensed the presence of hot energy coming towards. I ducked as I felt its presence coming near and in just a mere second it burned the whole tree behind me. I got no choice. I have to fight back. They will either end up killing me or dying. I have a lot of stuff left to do, and these ain't a part of my schedule. I gathered myself back up. I saw the two of them walking towards me with the same devilish smirk looking at me. I took a few steps back until I reached an open spot. I waited for them. The open spot I ended up is big enough for me to try one of the skills I have created before Elio and I sparred When the two of them immediately went inside the open space, I took a deep breath and looked at them. The devilish smirk on their faces never worn off along with their intent to kill me. "You should say goodbye little guy." the man said. I smirked at them and looked at the guy. "Tell me this," I told them. "Do you believe in gods?" I asked them. They both looked at each other and laughed softly. "Even if we do or we don't the end up is you're dead so there is no point in asking whether we believe or not." the guy said. "So you don't?" I asked them. "Just shut up young barf and die!" the man with the gigantic sword welded it up and blatantly rushed towards me without knowing who his opponent is. He was some distance off from me when I looked at him directly in the eyes. "I asked you a question, didn't I?!" I shouted at the two of them. The man stopped rushing and was stuck in his position with his giant sword still above him. He started to sweat as if he's on the verge of his very last breath. "Wha— what are you?" he asked me. I looked at the girl. "What the hell are you doing Mico?!" the lady with the flaming red hair screamed. She did not bother casting a skill whether she might or might not hit her acquaintance, "Art of the Fortune Fire, Million Dollar Explosion!" Suddenly there was smoke on her scepter that is continuously growing. Judging by the name it might probably be an explosion that is about to be aimed at me. Exactly when the magic circle appeared, I muttered, "Reality Break." Reality Break is one of the skills I created. What it basically does is it interferes with the dissipation of energy from a caster's body, resulting in a rejection of successfully casting a skill. The magic circle vigorously disappeared and the girl was left in shock. "Killing is not an option, but if it requires me to do so just to be on time, then I have no choice," I told them. "Art of Illusion, Concealing Truth." I muttered. It was all over in just a blink. The two of them disappeared in just an instant, emotionless blink. Concealing Truth is a spell I made that reverses the condition of a place I am in within a certain range. This godly spell is an original spell I made after some few that I did back when Elio and I were training. The real thing about this spell is that it doesn't kill anyone nor teleports anyone. It just simply emits energy to transfer the position of reality towards the illusion realm which after seconds will be broken, making the old reality be the present. Meaning after a few seconds, the two of them will be back again. "Diether!" I heard a familiar voice screaming from afar. I had no idea where to go but I immediately went towards the source of the voice. It is definitely Elio's, I am pretty sure it is Elio's voice. I run and run and run until I saw the two of them struggling over something different. It was not the lomocubus I am seeing but instead, it is three different people ganging up against Elio and Diether. Three of them seem to have the same affinity, most likely related to wind due to the slightly transparent color of their energy. Elio was on the ground looking at Diether. Diether was badly wounded and on the ground that doesn't seem to have any consciousness inside him. I held my mouth as I was about to scream. The sudden feeling of anger inside me rushed up from the very bottom of my body. I felt tears falling from my eyes as I see Elio struggling, doesn't seem to have any energy left in him, fighting against these three people. I have let my anger controlled me. With anger building up my resolve, I walked vigorously towards Elio. My face is looking down with every second that tears continue falling. I could not glance at the two of them because I couldn't handle their poor situation, so with all the remaining resolve and strength inside me, with anger, disgust, and pain, I continued walking until I reached the three of them. "It's funny how people are always willing to do whatever the f**k they want just to get what they crave for," I told them then. I felt the sudden aura of the night. The lonesome, sad, and negative vibes it is giving off along with the peculiar light that the moon is emitting seems to carry out the mood of death, suffering, and pain. "You are not going to get away with this alive," I muttered. With bland emotions, I glared at the three people with white robes around them smirking at Elio. "Total Suppression, Art of Altered Reality, Mirror of Desires." A giant mirror fell off in between Elio and the three humans. This is my total suppression skill. Total suppression skills are most likely godly tiered spells that involved the huge consumption of energy to fulfill the greatest masterpiece of spell making. In creating spells there are multiple requirements you must take into concern before you officially make one. Firstly, you must make sure that the spell you are working on is related to your affinity and variety. Making it way too different from your affinity has a higher chance for it to fail when you are about to cast it out. The second is that you must be ready for the cost that it takes. Not all spells cost energy, but sometimes they may also cost blood, time of your existence, and much more. As a god, we do not have a limit from our energy suppression. Gods are purely made out of energy compounds that make them have an infinite source of energy. Which is why my total suppression skill only requires a few amount of energy. Although I run out of energy, my energy regeneration skills are beyond of those what human can do. My Mirror of Desire is an exclusive total suppression skill wherein it tackles about the reality itself but not just n illusion. In other words, whatever might appear in the mirror of desire will come into reality, but it must come with a price, you may never take back whatever might happen. And right now, I only desire one thing. The death of those who dare touch and hurt my loved ones.
