The Minisveria Mystery Arc III

These are just new to me, I swear. The church, these mysteries and even the fact that dragons still exist are very new to me. These new things I learn are just coming to me so quick that I can’t anticipate it real quick.  One fact is that the church here in the western part of Ylgaea is not the church that was really established here but had instead been established in another world, apparently the world where Percisca lives and was exiled. Another thing is, this church seems to be all holy and stuff but how come they can’t understand the fact that Percisca is really innocent?  Let’s say Percisca does possess quite a power which she is not supposed to possess but what can they actually do about it? Even if she stole one of the artifacts – that’s what they call a source of power apparently – or not, can it change the fact that Percisca has wielded it without any problems at all? Maybe this power is really for her, even if it came from an artifact or not, the action of denying facts that are proven should not be tolerated.  The egg inside my dimensional creates a familiar sound – a cracking sound. I took the egg immediately from my dimensional bag and put it out.  “Is that a dragon’s egg?”  “Let’s just keep it a secret.”  The egg cracked and a small dragon appeared right in front of us. The dragon is black partially and has white patterns around it. It’s really small, almost the same size as my fists clenched together. When the egg cracked, a dragon popped out and its wings started flapping vigorously. The odd thing about it is that the color of the egg mismatch the color of the dragon itself.  "Are dragons suppose to have different color from its egg?" I ask them.  "I don't really know, but from what we're currently seeing, I'm pretty sure it is possible for dragons to have a different color from their egg. After all, I was born when dragons are already extinct." Diether explains.  "He has a point." Elio says.  "The question here is, where did that came from? We all know that dragons are suppose to be extinct just as how the kid says earlier. How come you have a dragon's egg?" the fairy asked.  "We are not supposed to have this. The egg was supposed to be left in the southern region; sealed. However, we have no idea how come the egg ended up in the carriage that we were riding on our way back home. All we know is that we ended up inside our guild room with that egg inside my dimensional bag." I explain.  "You know you are in great danger once everybody figure out that you're actually hiding a dragon. Dragon's are not suppose to live up until now." the fairy said.  "We know that, but we can't do anything about it. No matter how much we throw it away, it will just keep on coming back right at us." Elio explained.  “How are you all so stupid that you can’t hear a simple whisper?! Do you ears need some help to the point that it might probably be deaf already?! You stupid humans! I kept on saying run, run, run and run but nobody listened!” the dragon shouts in tantrums.  The voice is not as loud as the growl earlier. It just happened to be some sort of kid’s voice. Apparently, it has the same pitch and volume as Diether’s voice.  "Dragon's can talk?" Percisca ask.  "Apparently they can." the fairy said in an annoyed manner.  The dragon looks at the fairy and gave the same face as the fairy does.  "Fairies." it says.  "Dragons." the fairy replied.  "Disputes." Elio went along with them.  "What do you mean by run?" I ask the dragon.  The dragon was shouting as if it's ranting over something: a warning, a danger, something that is about to come.  "Let me introduce myself first. I am Galileo, the dragon of wisdom." it says.  "So dragons can really speak." Elio says.  "Of course we can you dumbo. If fairies can talk why can't dragons talk?" Galileo said.  "Just saying man." Elio says with his hands raised in the air.  "Anyways, going back to what I was saying. You shouldn't continue this mission, it's very dangerous and risky for just the four of you." the dragon told us.  "We should believe you because?" the fairy asked.  "Because as I said it's very dangerous." the dragon continued.  "That doesn't make any sense." the fairy replied.  "You know what doesn't make sense? You flying here. Why are you even in here?" the dragon asked the fairy.  "I serve under this church. If there's someone to be asked why they are in here, it should be you, dragon." the fairy replied.  "I'm here because I am here. I'm meant to serve this god that took me in." the dragon said.  "Wait, wait, wait, wait. I didn't take you in." I told him.  "Yes you did. We dragons serve under a god. Once a deity reach us out or find us or touch us even if we're still eggs, we will be under their command and the very first thing I can help you with is by stopping you doing this mission." the dragon said.  "We can't just easily abandon this mission." I told him.  "Why not?" it asked.  "Because lives are at stake here, dragon. If even these outrageous elves ever feel so desperate, they'd kill anyone in their way." Percisca replied.  "You only say that because you're benefited here." the dragon told Percisca.  "Yes, and I wasn't lying when I said lives are also at stake here." Percisca replied to Galileo.  "Elves." the dragon said with an unreasonable face.  "Can you not complain on every single thing here? We should be the one complaining about how a dragon still exist in our current time." the fairy told Galileo.  "Do you want to start a war?" the dragon said.  An intense emitting of energy surrounds the inside of the church. The dragon and the fairy stares at each other with extreme negative intent, something common in most supernatural stories you’ll read.   There has always been a dispute between dragons and fairies according to myth. The two creatures had always been arguing over who is more powerful than the other but never did the two started a war. The war against beaus and dragons will always prevail more than any other possible war that the dragons might be in. If everyone would have noticed by now, dragons are more likely the most hated creature here in Ylgaea. Almost every living being here in Ylgaea hates dragons may it be a beau or a creature: they tend to hate the existence of dragons.  “What should we do now then?” Diether asks.  “We will continue the mission.” I told them.  “You’re really going to continue even though I have already warned you?” the dragon asks.  “That’s exactly what I said.” I told him.  “I’m not coming with you.” the dragon said.  “You can’t not come with us.” Elio said.  “Oh yeah, how can you say that?” the dragon said.  “Ignoring the fact that you don’t have any place to go, Aljinn is already the god you are suppose to serve.” Diether told the dragon.  The dragon was with no words. He ended up coming along with us. Diether farewelled to the church and we started walking outside.  “Where should we go first then?” I ask Percisca.  “Honestly speaking, I have no idea. But if I’m not mistaken, some of them are near the church. After all, if you haven’t memorized the place you’re teleported into, you will have no choice but to stay where the teleportation gate is.” she told us.  “So we’re going to walk somewhere random again?” Elio asked.  “Not really random.” Percisca said.
