Breathing heavily, Adonis decided to take a rest by the tree closest to her, for she could no longer walk any further. She sat on the dried grass, with a torch at hand, she took her backpack away from her back, and reached out for her water bottle. She drank a good amount from it since she was very thirsty.
She had been walking inside the woods for more than an hour now. It wasn't like she was looking for anything in particular, but she just wanted to walk until she feels exhausted, maybe that way, when she gets back home, she will be feeling very sleepy.
