12 They had arranged for me to start training with Tasha the next day. I sat on a chair in her cave, taking some slow, deep breaths and trying to relax. I’d insisted that we go somewhere else, but she had shut me down. I was afraid that things would get out of hand again. The guilt I felt hadn’t faded. She didn’t have many possessions, so I felt that a couple of crazy sessions with me would wipe out the rest and she’d be left with nothing. I had to push those worries aside for now. She had asked me to focus my energy on a pebble she had placed on the floor in front of me. She wanted me to move it up just a little bit into the air, and put it back down again.
